V.P. Gagnon
V.P. Gagnon, Jr. is an SSRC–MacArthur Foundation Postdoctoral Fellow in Peace and Security in a Changing World. He was a visiting fellow at the Peace Studies Program, Cornell University, where he worked on a book about the Yugoslav crisis. He spent the 1994–95 academic year in the former Yugoslav region.
