Loukas Tsoukalis is Jean Monnet Professor of European Organisation at the University of Athens and president of the Hellenic Foundation for European and Foreign Policy (ELIAMEP). He is coeditor of The Delphic Oracle on Europe: Is There a Future for the European Union? (2011) and author of What Kind of Europe? (2nd ed., 2005).
